What counts as an email?
Any outbound send or inbound message routed through an agent inbox. Bounces and webhook retries don't count against your quota.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Every paid plan supports custom domains with automatic SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and MX management.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You'll get a soft warning at 80% and a harder one at 100%. We never silently drop mail — you choose whether to upgrade, pause, or overage.
Is there an enterprise plan?
